Solved – Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Macromedia’s Flash

“Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Macromedia’s Flash.” said today Youtube to me.
But I don’t have an old version as last night (I could say ‘this morning’) I was able to watch Youtube. Not to mention that I can watch almost any other sites and their flash movies with no problem at all.

In vain any FlashPlayer download and install from Adobe.com(direct link for Firefox), no video from Youtube. I did this three times, just to be sure.

But these guys over there found a solution: the FULL Flash Player need to be installed to solve the problem and even more, they provide the kit to install it:
http://www.softwarepatch.com/internet/flash.html

Good job, guys!

Later edit:

Seems that this is not all: I had to delete all files from
c:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash\
but
Flash10c.ocx
NPSWF32.dll

First file is what Internet Explorer uses to play Flash content and the second is used by Firefox. Or you can detete them ALL and simply reuse the Flash Player kit provided above.

And voila! With this I am able to play again Youtube!

Check out this other Slumdog Millionaire called Youvvraaj (yes, you will meet again some of the cast). Some strong points in this movie is the music, composed by the all universal indian movie sound track composer A. R. Rahman. He has at this time the huge hit Jay Ho (You are my destiny), performed together with Pussycat Dolls.

Just to be sure, click on this clip to see it in youtube page where it will not work if you have problems. This clip is only a picture – there is nothing wrong with your flash player for this, but you still have to see it – that’s telling you you can play youtube videos.
